6. Data Retention
Since HabitMD stores all user data locally on your device and does not transmit it to external servers, data persists only for as long as the application is installed on your device.
Habit and routine data is retained on-device until you delete individual habits within the app, uninstall the application, or clear the app’s data through your device settings.
Symptom logs and recovery notes are retained on-device for the same duration and are removed when the app is uninstalled or data is cleared.
Notification preferences and app settings are retained locally until the app is uninstalled or reset.
We do not retain any user data on our servers. No backup copies are held by Thiwo.
7. Data Deletion
Because HabitMD stores all data locally on your device, you have full control over deletion at any time:

Use the delete or remove option available on each item.
To delete all app data:
On Android: Go to Settings → Apps → HabitMD → Storage → Clear Data.
Uninstalling HabitMD from your device will permanently remove all data stored by the app.
To request assistance with data deletion:
If you have any questions or require support, contact us at info@thiwo.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Since we do not collect or store data on our servers, no additional action is required on our end following local deletion.
8. How We Use Information
9. Data Security

No electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed. All user data is stored locally on the user’s device and is not transmitted to or retained on Thiwo’s servers.” — This reinforces the local-only claim and helps clarify retention implicitly too.
